ESMERALDAS COLOMBIA ships products to municipalities in the Colombian territory* through an independent transport company, which guarantees security and coverage, so that your purchase reaches the address you want.
DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery time of the products is approximately one (1) to three (3) business days for the cities of Bogotá D.C. and Medellin; two (2) to four (4) business days for major cities and up to seven (7) business days for other destinations under normal operating conditions.
The delivery times begin to count from the approval of the payment, which will be given once the financial institution or other entity responsible for the means of payment used, confirms the availability of the resources.

For purposes of calculating delivery times, the date and time of payment approval must be taken into account as follows:
*If the purchase is confirmed before 3 p.m. From Monday to Friday, the first business day corresponds to the day you made the purchase and from that day the delivery time will begin to count.
*If the purchase is confirmed after 3 p.m., the delivery time will start counting from the business day following the payment confirmation.
*If you make a purchase on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the delivery time will start counting from the next business day of payment confirmation.
The transportation company through which ESMERALDAS COLOMBIA dispatches its products does not undertake to make deliveries at an exact time. The product may be received or inspected by any person of legal age who lives or is present at the place of delivery, for which the signature of the transporter’s guide will suffice.

COST OF DELIVERY
The cost of shipping orders will be determined in each particular case depending on the destination, weight and volume of the package. This value will be calculated in the purchase process and will be informed at the time of settlement of the order, before you make the payment.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, ESMERALDAS COLOMBIA reserves the right to omit or modify the limits for the collection of shipments and in any case, this value will be announced prior to the acceptance of the order and payment by the client.
TRANSPORTATION COMPANY
In the email or text message by which the customer is notified of the shipment, the transport company in charge of making the delivery will be indicated.
SERVICIO DE PAGO CONTRA ENTREGA
Al momento de seleccionar el método de pago dentro de la plataforma, al cliente se le mostrarán tres (3) opciones : la mercado pago (tarjetas de crédito, PSE, efectivo vía boletos como efecty o baloto), la opción de crédito con Sistecrédito y la opción de Pago Contra Entrega.
Este servicio de Pago Contra Entrega es prestado por una empresa transportadora independiente y estará habilitado en la mayoría de ciudades principales, , a excepción de los municipios ubicados en zonas de dificil acceso o limitadas por las transportadoras, en caso de que se seleccione un destino donde no hay cobertura para pago contra entrega nos estaremos comunicando vía mensaje de texto, correo electrónico, llamada telefónica o whatsApp para ofrecerle alternativas de pago o proceder con la cancelación del pedido.
Si el cliente decide seleccionar el método de Pago Contra Entrega, se tendrán los siguientes tiempos estimados y condiciones para la entrega de su pedido:
